How can you Lose Weight Fast when you are too fat to start it with enthusiasm? There are many ways to lose weight, you can either do it by exercise, yoga or even by Diet Exercise. Perhaps last options seems difficult to you but in order to reduce your weight diet exercise is the first footstep.

Exercise, alternatively, is a structured and repetitive form of physical activity that you do on a regular basis. Apart from focusing on diet or exercise, being active is also an essential component of a weight-loss program. When you're active, your body makes use of calories to work which helps in burning calories you take in with your food. Whatever activity you choose for Weight Loss, do it regularly. Keep in mind that you may need more physical goings-on to lose weight.

Get High Protein Diet to Lose Weight


The percentage of young people who are overweight has doubled in the last 20 years and many diseases can be caused and be worsened by poor diet and lack of exercise. One study shows that a diet with regular dietitian sessions is more effective for fast Weight Loss especially for young women.

University of Sydney study gives a picture of the effect of such type of diet, exercise and behavior change in 71 overweight and obese women from age band of 18 to 25 continuously for one year. For this study women were arbitrarily positioned on either a higher protein or a higher carbohydrate diet, with both diets on condition of similar quantity of kilojoules, saturated fat and fiber.

At the time of study it was made sure that all part takers meet with a dietitian at least one time in a month and walked for 30 minutes every day. After 12 months, all the women recorded significant drops in body weight.

"The women reported the higher protein diet kept them fuller for longer and had a positive effect on self-esteem," researcher Dr Helen O'Connor said.” They also had better iron levels, compared with the women on the higher carbohydrate diet." supposed Dr. O’Connor.
